LEMONGRASS essential oil
Essential oils are fragrant, highly concentrated and volatile natural extracts of plants, leaves, spices, roots, trees and fruits. Each of them provides a unique benefit to the body and mind. Essential oils are the basis of aromatherapy and Lemongrass House products. They can be used in different ways.
Lemongrass ( cymbopogon citratus )or lemongrass has refreshing, invigorating and soothing properties. It can be used for massages to relieve tension in the body and help relieve pain. Lemongrass essential oil is an effective antifungal, antibacterial and antiseptic agent, it slows down the growth of microorganisms. The aroma of lemongrass improves mood, promotes understanding and purification. It is a great help to refresh the premises, it also has natural insect repellent properties. The lemongrass we use to make the essential oil is a lemongrass of the West Indian species and is sourced in Thailand. It has a pronounced herbal and citrus aroma with a juicy note.
Usage: Our essential oils are for external use. Please use them only in diluted form, do not apply directly on the skin! We do not claim medical effect or treatment. Always consult your doctor if you have any health problems.
Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to the warm water in an aroma lamp or diffuser to disperse and inhale the aroma. Never apply directly to the skin. If you want to use it topically, mix it with a base oil (such as coconut, sweet almond, jojoba) before applying. In 10 ml of base oil add a maximum of 5 drops of essential oil.
Caution: Essential oils are not recommended for use in children under 6 years of age. Use products from the age of 6 with caution and dilute more. Pregnant women should also take precautions when using essential oils. Most of them are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy or in some cases should be avoided altogether. Always perform a skin allergy or irritation test before using the product. Store in a well-ventilated place, away from food, in a closed place, at a temperature up to +25 degrees Celsius.
